Houston – Fast-growing software company ConvergePoint today announced the addition of Katharine Lau as marketing coordinator to its team.

As the marketing coordinator, Lau is responsible for developing and implementing ConvergePoint’s marketing and advertising strategy. Her responsibilities also include managing the overall branding, as well as working closely with the sales team to seek out new prospects and ensure current customer satisfaction.
Before joining ConvergePoint, Lau served as an account coordinator and copywriter for a full-service advertising and public relations agency. She got her start in the journalism industry before shifting to marketing, and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Trinity University and a master’s degree in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications.
